Her career took a decisive turn with Colt Technology Services, where she held leadership roles in the financial sector, managing cost optimisation strategies, market analysis and digital transformation. This experience has acquired advanced skills in financial planning, budget management and implementation of growth strategies, which allowed her to move to London and further specialize in the management of international markets.
Subsequently, Mariella led business development and sales for leading companies such as Namirial SPA, Comercia Global Payments and Contis Ltd, managing strategic partnerships and developing new opportunities in the fintech, e-commerce and digital services sectors. She implemented innovative CRM solutions, sales funnels and digital payment strategies, leading companies to achieve important growth goals.
Today, Mariella puts her experience at the service of businesses with WiP, an all-female consulting firm, composed of professionals with an excellent background in business, digital and finance.
